1. Our Commitment to Quality
At Explainerz, we believe in delivering exceptional results. That's why we have a thorough, collaborative process with multiple revision rounds built in. This ensures we get your video or animation right before final delivery—eliminating the need for refunds and protecting both parties.
No refunds are issued after final delivery. However, we offer unlimited revisions during the production phase to ensure complete satisfaction.
2. Animated Explainers & Custom Video Projects
Project Phases & Refund Policy:
Before Work Begins: 100% refund if you need to cancel.
During Production (Concept, Storyboard, Animation): No refund available. However, we offer unlimited revisions at each stage to ensure the final product meets your vision.
After Final Delivery: No refund available. We stand behind our work, and our revision process ensures you're satisfied before handoff.
Our process includes:
Initial concept & storyboard approval
Animation drafts with feedback rounds
Up to 3 revision rounds included in your package
Final delivery only after your approval
3. Monthly Video Editing Subscriptions
First Month: If you're unsatisfied after your first edit, we offer a full revision or a one-time replacement edit at no additional cost.
Subsequent Months: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. However, you can cancel anytime with no penalties. Your included revision rounds and edit count reset monthly.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription with 5 days' notice before the next billing cycle.
4. Why We Don't Offer Refunds (And Why That's Good for You)
Our detailed process is designed to prevent refund situations altogether:
Thorough Onboarding: We understand your brand, goals, and vision before any work begins.
Multiple Approval Checkpoints: You review and approve at each stage (concept, draft, near-final).
Unlimited Revisions During Production: We iterate until you're 100% satisfied—before final delivery.
Clear Communication: We keep you in the loop and ask for feedback early and often.
This collaborative approach means refunds are rarely needed because we get it right the first time.
5. How to Request a Revision or Address Concerns
If you're unsatisfied with your deliverable:
Email us at sales@explainerz.com with:
Your project name or order number
Specific feedback or concerns
Any reference materials or examples of what you'd like changed
We'll respond within 2 business days with a revision plan or next steps.
Revisions are processed according to your package terms (typically 2–5 rounds included).
6. Exceptions & Disputes
Refund requests may be considered only in these rare circumstances:
We fail to deliver the final product after 30 days beyond the agreed deadline.
The deliverable is fundamentally different from what was agreed upon in writing.
We're unable to resolve a critical technical issue with the final files.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of final delivery with detailed documentation.
7. Payment & Cancellation
Subscriptions: Cancel anytime with 5 days' notice. No refunds for the current month.
One-Time Projects: Payment is due upon project kickoff. Invoices are issued separately.
Custom Packages: 50% deposit required to begin work. Balance due upon final delivery.
